We are not a reservation system, but rather booking agents (middlemen) who work on your behalf to research and provide the trip of your dreams based on our combined decades of experience. The rates we provide to you are never more than you’d pay to book travel independently. By booking with us, you have access to exclusive rates and negotiated perks available only to travel advisors. We’ve laid out all our benefits here to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of how we will enhance your travel experience. As your travel advisor, we're here for you before, during and after your travel, serving as your advocate! 

A standard itinerary includes airfare, ground transportation on location, hotel accommodations, exploratory tours, travel insurance, and often VIP services like expedited customs & immigration processing. You may also hire us for a flat $100 concierge fee to book all of your restaurant reservations, babysitting, scuba diving, admission to local attractions, and other special services. 

Although we do charge a "plan to book" fee to cover our time investment, many times working with a travel advisor can actually save you money! Through our industry partners, we have access to exclusive rates not available online. Additionally, we do the heavy lifting for you during the planning process, saving you countless hours, and of course, time is money, right? 

We always say, "you can't VIP yourself" but we ALWAYS request VIP treatment before our clients arrive, and often provide VIP amenities and upgrades through of our affiliation with Travel Leaders Select and our strong partnerships with our hoteliers. 

We are paid a commission from the suppliers we book on your behalf. This is not on top of their regular pricing; therefore, the price you pay is not inflated with any hidden costs. 

Payment schedules are set by independent suppliers or vendors; i.e., airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, tour companies/wholesalers, or activity providers. Typically, they do allow multiple payments - deposit at the time of booking and then final payment due later.
